You can use my old patch, then override this new file to

components\com_community\libraries\videos\youtube.php

I overrided the components\com_community\libraries\videos\youtube.php file with new one but still problem.

No title no description.

Maybe it has to do with issue ticket https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/34294-videos-title/15 ?

Hi
YT has recently marking the sites as spam its not happening for all users site, based on domain, when multiple request sent to YT. I shared a ticket to dev team on this to look possible solution, at the moment its not urgent fix as its blocked by YT directly.
We will make a fix for this soon.
