Edit error css file

how to edit error.css file in order that modifications will not lost at the next template update?

Error.css file does not work for override.
You can open error.php file and define custom.css file path in order to load custom.css file so you can apply the changes in the custom.css file and it will not be override in the template updates.

... ok thanks, another thing, it's not essential but just because I like to finish my work as it should, can you tell me where are situated translations as "Url invalid", "The image file does not exist ", ... native Joomla translation can't find them ...

May i know where you getting them? If its in the alert box they are not language files, and hard coded.
