Problems upgrading JA Builder items

I keep getting the following error message when I am trying to upgrade JA Builder using extensions manager.

Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action! Please contact "JoomlArt Updater Service" for more information or use another account.

Other items are upgrading OK, it is just the Builder items that it will not upgrade

shemeam it is just the Builder items that it will not upgrade

Ja builder do not use the JAEM to update but it updates itself when you login into your account - if a new version is needed it update itself
