I would like to place the attached banner that I created in the Top_Header position on my site. I can't seem to figure out how to do this. I created a module for this but can't locate it in the Top_Header position. Can you please just tell me the best way to get this header in this location so it's at the top of every page on my site?

That is what I did. I created this image and I don't know how to get it to show up in the Top_Header position. Please, listen to what I am asking you. I don't know how to get this banner to show up. I need instructions on how to do that. You have changed this so much it does not work as it use to. Just send me instructions on what I need to do, step by step, to get this to show up.

top-header is module position and you wrote top_Header both are different.. Further you can edit fields in first post and submit the login so I can have a look on it. Add a temp super user logins.

Oh my god.... Look, I am trying as hard as I can to be patient but I think you need to listen because I have been trying to get this done for a long time now. You are not telling me how to do this. I will make this easier. Number one, I don't know this stuff as well as you do. All I want to do is add the banner you will see inside the yellow rectangle to my site. I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO DO THIS, SO PLEASE DON'T TELL ME TO PLACE IT IN A POSITION. That means nothing to me. I thought I needed to first place this banner into a module and then somehow place the module in that position. If that is correct, I don't know how to do this and I need you to tell me step by step how to do it. If it's not correct, I need you to tell me step by step what I need to do to get this into this position on my site. So please, take a minute and pretend I don't know how to do this. I don't want to keep asking you for help on this.

I really not sure why you do not understand that correct module position is top-header
If you publish a custom html module with your logo image it will show by as you want.
You can edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login I will publish the module for you if that is okay?

I really don't know how to make this more clear. I have been a JomSocial user for over 5 years and I have never had to pull teeth like this to get a simple answer. I don't see a custom html module in the back end like there use to be. I need a module that comes with this shit that allows me to upload my image and then place that module in the correct position. What fucking module can I use for christ sake.

Okay, I found a custom html module that I can place in that top-header location and it's populating it with this module now, however, when I place the new module in this location that top menu goes away and it's hidden. I want it to look just like the image I uploaded to you days ago with my banner and the main menu bar below it. Why is the main menu dissapearing?

I am sorry. I am not trying to be an ass. I have been using you all for over 5 years and have always been very happy with the support you offer. However, I have been trying to get my home or index page to look a certain way. I can't seem to do it. I don't know why and I can't keep asking for help because for whatever reason I am not getting it I am more than willing at this point to purchase a premium ticket so you all can spend all of maybe 5 minutes to get this done.. My site is being looked at a lot because of all the bullshit going on with Facebook and Twitter and my home page sucks. Please, and I mean please. Tell me how I can purchase a premium ticket to get you to set-up my home page. All I want you to do is add my banner to the top and change 1 or 2 colors...... I don't need much but I need it done ASAP.
