are this ok or are they insecure or will slow down the site?

I know the recomended but i need to know what is considered secure as i come from a hacked server and also i dont want it to be slow

This is not related to any hacks it system requirements and depends on your own needs what file size you want to upload max on the site.

Sir everything is mentioned in the link i sent, just use the same. I am not what you mean by secure as its nothing related to that part. Server limits depends on your own site usage. More information you can ask to your host as its not something that i can share.

so you saying this is not related to security? are you sure?

so when an attacker upload a shell or script it will have all the 300 sec to execute? how is this not related to security?

and what about memory limit when the files are to heavy if memory is low the site will return error so how is that not related to speed?

i think you are related some other argue here, this question you can ask to hosting providers 🙂
A system requirement is more related to run your site, what if you uploading big size file on your site
will that upload very fast? that also need time to upload.

As i said in previous post it depends on your site needs, If you have bigger site more users and more upload, you simply needs good limits.
