change background and font colour

is is posible cnage backrounf colour (I would like black) and font colour (white), and perhaps size of font, and font itself on rounded position on pictures. Changing size should not impact all other site areas and fonts, only positions on picture.

Yes, you can customize background color for this section specific but you want to change background + color for text areas only or for whole section? It's better if you can attach screenshot illustrate the modification you expect so I can suggest further.

And one more question: in main body may I have unrelated headline font and article font? for e.g, intro and article font just like in picture, but little bit smaller headline font? tnx

I'm not entirely sure of how you want to change here, if you want to adjust for font of title and intro text, you can try with this custom css:

.blog .items-row .item .page-header h2 {
    font-size: 18px;
}

.blog .items-row .item p {
    font-size: 14px;
}

and change with your desired value.
