I added a menu (foot-nav) in the Copyright-position. The module position foot-nav is defined and set up in the layouts. Custom.css is defined for foot-nav. The menu works in the home layout, but does not work in the layouts Service, default, default-sidebar. Unfortunately I can't find the cause.

It due to the module style you set for the 'foot-nav' position in the Layout Settings.

I take the 'Services - en' template style as an example, in the Layout Settings >> you need to choose 'JAxhtml' as module style for 'footnav' and it shows the same as homepage now.

You can apply the same for other layouts if the same problem persists.
