How to hide menu items?

Hello again, need your assistance.
I just created a new user for my site and I need to hide some access, I hide almost all of them (See attached picture) except Ja Page Builder and Help. I saw in others Joomla pages when they get the access to test extensions or modules, they hide the menu items as I want, and they only gave the access to a specific plug in, extension or module.

What can I do that? I checked everything on users and ACL but I gave it up

Any suggestion or idea.

We updated 2 files on your site:

administrator/modules/mod_jabuilder_admin_menu/mod_jabuilder_admin_menu.php
administrator/modules/mod_jabuilder_admin_menu/mod_jabuilder_quickicons.php

The menu item of JA Builder should be hidden now due to ACL settings.
