JA MEGAFILTER Multilingual Issues with filters and options

I am using JA Megafilter with JA Mixstore together with J2Store.
My website is multilingual so i need the filter values in JA Megafilter to be multilingual also.
J2store suggests in the documentation for the Filters (in the default j2store filter ) to be written as tranlatable constants in a format such as J2STORE_FILTER_FILTERNAME so in the frontend the component with JText translates the filter values.
This works perfectly for the standard J2Store filter but JA Megafilter does not reflect this behaviour.
Is there a way to use multilingual filters?

JA Megafilter doesn't support the default filter of J2Store, if you want to have multilingual for any fields that used in JA Megafilter, please let me know.

And share your site credentials of your site (URL + Admin account) also. you can edit Fields of your first post to share info where only Moderators can see.

Can JA Megafilter use multilingual J2Store options? Filters are ok since you can set the titles in the JA Megafilter component and you can create a JA Megafilter 'filter' for each language. But can the J2Store filter values also be used? Please advise. Example: ..shop2.html

JA Megafilter can support to filter fields like J2Store's filters, you can see in the left filter panel here: https://ja-megafilter.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/other-extensions/j2store#sort=position&sortdir=desc

But it doesn't support the multilingual like J2Store's filters, I will forward to the team for further review on this. At this moment, pls create filter for each language.

Ok. I would also like to have a way to sort articles in a predefined order. It does not matter which way, just not by the order of the product ID of the shop, or alphabetical through the title of the article. Can it be sorted by ordering? Sorted by publishing date of the article? ... how can this be accomplished?

The standard J2Store filter 'inital view' shows the articles by their publishing date, that would be perfect.

Hello Saguaros, could you please review my question, this does not address my problem. I need a predefined order to sort by. For example: I wish to sort the articles by publishing date, that would be fine. This way it would be possible to show the initial view of the shop sorted the way the client wants it. Not by the order of the product ID of the shop (position). Not by the Title. Am I missing something obvious or wasn't I able to make myself clear? Please advise, thank you.

Is it possible this does not use the 'publishing date' of the Joomla article? It seems to sort the same way as the standard 'position' option.

I also have a weird secondary problem now: Once I saved the JA Mega Filter Component options I couldn't choose the right category to display anymore. Only English categories can be selected now. This has rendered JA Megafilter useless in the other languages. It shows no more products. What happened? /site/en/shop2en works fine. Can you take a look please?

Unlinking the language setting from the Joomla category and setting it to 'all' made it selectable again. Is this a bug?
I still can't figure out what properties the 'sorting by date' filter uses in JA Megafilter. It doesn't seem to be the created date, nor the publishing date or the modified date?! Since it looks like an option you need to set for the J2store product (like a color) how could this have a relation to the published date of the joomla article? What am I missing?

It should relate to the date of item in J2Store, may I know which date you want to use to sort? I will check it.

I don't think it does. Feel free to take a look. We would like to use the created date or the publishing date of the Joomla Article.

Also, did you see the remark that only categories set to All Languages or English can be used as category to display is JA Megafilter?
