Issues with Jomsocial Core

I'm having issues with Jomsocial, I can't access some menu options on the Jomsocial platform like Top Members and so on and I also tried installing the new update and it cause the website to crash. It also takes a long time to login. I'm on whatsapp on +16034385619.

There is no Menu with name Top members.
On your site the current version of JomSocial is 4.7.7 can you update to latest version first as the new version is compatible with latest Joomla and has the bug fixes.
Top Members is module that is showing working.
Is there any steps to replicate the problem kindly share with screenshot of errors.

I upgraded to the latest version and when i login, all i get is a white page.

The admin panel giving 500 error, Kindly restore the site backup first. The latest version does not crash Joomla .
If you have 3rd party extensions or custom plugin for JomSocial, kindly disable them first.
Or make test site and share the login and FTP details in edit fields I will check the updates on it.

I updated the site with the new version of Jomsocial. When i login, the whole site just shows blank white.
Please check it out again.

Kindly give me your test site login as requested in last post with FTP details.
There are many many 3rd party extensions on your site that may crashing the whole site. So i need to check the updates on a test site first to debug the problem.
