First image of slideshow fails to load and is not found in referenced folder

The first feature image in the slideshow (index position 0) does not display and is not found in the referenced path

Highlighted is the path. Hovering over the text a caption box appears saying the image cannot be found.

How do I fix this? I left the site out of maintenance mode so you can look at it. Go to any page other than home page to view.

You can copy the widgets folder and functions.php file from the child theme folder.
