The notifications globe when clicked does not load. Please advise how to fix! Backend access is not possible.
musicianprofile Hi Can u post screenshot of the issue and give front end login. With any details it' hard to assume issue.. I check demo and can see the notifications normal in Jomsocial.
Thank you for the reply. Here is the screenshot. It simply does not load whether with new notifications or without. When logged in as Superuser, it loads fine.

musicianprofile Hi This can be a conflict on your site. I need your site login for debug as it's not present in Jomsocial package on only on your site. Submit a temp. Super user login in Edit fields option first post. You can try to clear browser cache first of that fix the problem. If not kindly submit temp. Login credentials for debug on your site.

musicianprofile . No problem Meanwhile you can check with clear browser cache and check if the issue remain same with default Joomla template protostar. Sometimes it can be conflict from template or 3rd party extensions. Submit the login only via Edit field option in First post.
Ninja Thank you for your reply. Our tech team has now addressed the issue successfully. This was both a third party extension and a PHP conflict issue which is now fixed and resolved, but thanks again for your help.
