The activity stream is replacing some characters with their HTML code. So a single quote (') has become ' See image attached. How can I correct this?

Thank you Pankaj that worked perfectly. As the site is multilingual my customised language file was replaced with the default one. I simply uploaded my custom file again and all is working fine but I wonder if I have taken the wrong approach here. Should my custom language file reside somewhere else? mikeymike Hi. Is the language issue fixed? For toolbar the doc is correct of there is mistake in language file it results the loading of default EN language.
