Backend event list selecting by category fails

Hi,
I am using DTH 4.2.8 and have an issue when I try to select a category in the event list in the backend.
It throws an error: 1054 Unknown column 'c.categoryId' in 'where clause'

Could you please verify if this is a bug and provide a fix.

The same error occurs on front-end when using the event list of the control panel (./eventmanagement.html).

This updated package contains some bug fixes that needs some more testing before being released.
