I access backend settings of RSS in JA Social Feed plugin but don't see that error, could you clarify the detailed steps so I can replicate it?

Hi,
As i check, something wrong with your plugin config:
- profile name should only has alphabet and dash - characters. No space or anything else. Ex: news-rival
- please check document to see how identify code works. Also make sure you have basic knowledge of html css.

There is config that i make for your feed https://www.newsbreak.gr/viral/feed/:
- Extract and copy to plugins\system\jasocial_feed\profiles\crawler
- Open profile News-Viral on plugin config and hit Verify button to see what will be crawled

In all it appears error

Hi,
Those errors because you still keep error profiles enable. Please turn off them (as i've done on your site) or delete them (i recommend this because your profile name makes issue - please make sure no spacing in your profile name)

I created 4 new profiles.None works. It shows me the same message in everything.

I have 4 feed addresses. You can make at least one to see if it really works

I honestly have no more patience. I probably need to find another solution!

Hi,

When i check profile Xristika, at Full Text Element, there no element .tdb_single_content > .tdb-block-inner on DOM of feed items.

It should be .entry-contentinside.

Hi,
As i said, you should have basic knowledge of html css to use this feature.
If you don't know how to config, you can add the profile and feed url, i'll try to config for you.
