Error saving template style

When I want to Save / Exit the style manager I get the error, It won't let me "exit" from the theme manager

Why is this happening?

it appears permission issue on your server for the template files its giving 403 errors. Can you contact your hosting provider and check the ownership permission of JA Teline V template folder, its must have read and write permission for the folder and files.

Ninja I cannot request that from the hosting provider, as they do not provide assistance for third-party installation work. Can you tell me if I can do it manually? or can you do it please? you have the credentials to access the FTP.

This is not 3rd party issue, On your site when you save it gives error 403 forbidden that is from your server not allow any one to save. There is no issue in the template even if you install it on your local host or any other server.

delinea You can share the error screenshot i sent with the URL t them. This is not something to fix in the template. its problem from hosting side that not allow you to save anything 403 is a forbidden error. Try to downgrade the PHP version. I saw you have another site JA Focus but on different server and no issue in that.
