Can't change Banner Pictures

Hi all the best wishes for this year that the Corona keep away of you.
I use Megastore I will replace the Banners/banner that are 4 pieces. I started with number 4 will replace that with banner-4N.png. It’s not possible when I will put back the one before can’t.
What can I do?

I am not completely getting your first post. Can u point the product on which you change the images and it's not reflecting on frontend. . You must clear your site cache. As you have JCH plugin for cache the site images and lazy load.

I already did what you said, I also downloaded a backup and put it in XAMPP, sh404sef and JCH delete it gives no result, every time I cleared the cache.

I want to replace the images that are at the Banners, as you can see I changed them at Banner-4, but I can't see the image,

Without illustrated screenshot its hard to assume your issue. could you post and mark which item you changed and not working. Also allow me to disable the jch and sh404 on your live site as part of debug.

The pages I sent are the same pages at different times. (Front page) On the first page you will see a girl in a blue suit on the right. You will not see a girl in the same place. It is not possible to create another picture. The example is Banner-4 but I cannot replace a picture with any of the Banners.

The problem is still present now also different.
If you look at the front page you will see the girl in blue above right. If you look lower you will see the girl in blue again. The first girl is Banner 1, the second girl is also banner 1, but on the place of banner 4. At banner 4 it was not specified that the girl should be in blue. You also cannot delete it.
I am using the latest Joomla version and the latest template from Megastore. PHP is version 8.
Yesterday I put a version of Megastore in XAMPP and updated it to the latest version for everything. There is NO JCH and NO sh404sef in Xampp. I am getting the same problem there as on the site. Banner 1 is also banner 4. Cannot remove Banner 4 or replace it with another image.

Banners is Joomla component and work same for all templates. JA Megastore does not change its working.

I am disappointed, you do not answer the problem show me a screenshot of Protostar which only confirms that there is a girl picture. If you took the trouble to look at Components / Banners / Banner 4, you will see a different picture for Banner 4 than what it is now. My question is how can I change this and not whether I can use it on various templates.

Its not issue of JA Megastore, The issue you refer is not from our template.
Its Joomla banner component module that you are using. Our support is limited for own products only.
In the banners module you set it to show all 1. So it always display first banner.

Sorry it's not clear Joomlart sales the template Megastore including the banner module, and I didn't change any thing.
This is what I get now of the template Megastore:
An error has occurred.

We do not sell Joomla components, as Joomla is open source CMS kindly check your banner module settings you have set it to show banner 1, there is nothing related to template in this case.
You have to makes changes in your banner module as its set to show 1 banner and orderwise it means 1st banner.

About the error, kindly downgrade the PHP to 7.x version PHP 8 is new and templates not ready for it at the moment.

Pankai Thank you for your help, I don't go on with that banner problem. And thank you also for the PHP hint.
I'm afraid that Megastore not really good works to Joomla 4 when it is there. Than I spent time now for nothing I will look for another template.

Joomla 4 is still under development and its stable version not released. There will be update for template once Joomla 4 stable released.
