Simplicity - Feedback button removal

Hi, I'm wondering how to disable the "Feedback" button on the righthand side of the template? WHen I click on it it asks me for my feedback rating and prompts me to HotJar. I've looked around in modules and plugin... and Google and the Forum... but I can't find the answer. Thanks Pat

It seems you added a custom script or plugin later on your site.
Kindly check if you used any extension or custom script as its not supplied with template files.
