Add to cart box pop up buttons not aligned

Hi
I have added new virtuemart categories and using the default template. I changed to the blue style but when i click add to cart, it does not display like the demo. The Show Cart and Continue Shopping buttons are not in the same level. How can i fix this?

I think i have figured it out. Re-creating the menu links to the category displays the category in the correct template style and fixes the pop up box. I will re-create all and see if there are still any issues.
