caasi2 Hi In your screenshot i can not see you enabled JomSocial toolbar from JomSocial settings. Or you do not have the Toolbar menu item. The toolbar menu will show only if there are menu exist and its ON in JomSocial settings.
I looked for this.. this is all i came up with for a solution.
