I didn´t wrote this alright. My question is how I can modify the email that welcomes the user after they register? And all the emails from the system on actions.

The Email content is also in the Language file.
Open site root folder /languages/en-GB/com_community.ini file
Find the Welcome email text. Please do not change any syntax in email otherwise there will be errors.

There are 2 options for events either Google map or Open street map you can use. If its not related to welcome text kindly make different post about the Map issue you are facing.
