Hi Jean Marc,

This is pretty old extension from DTH Development, it's been not updated for a long time so to be honest, I'm not sure if it works fine with latest version of Joomla.

Could you share the credentials of your site eg: URL + Admin account? and tell me step by step to replicate this issue.

Hi,
So, The API call is OK, I can display docusign frame and select my document
The document is well load in the admin view when I click edit link under document.

But when I click on Edit button on the menu bar, I have to choose between two plugins ?
And nothing fired !
On the front end no user is displayed.
I just follow the tutorial shown in the forum. It's pity that component is not updated...

I've got the news from the team that we've decided to discontinue DT Docusign as the code base of this component was implemented long time ago by former DTHDevelopment team and it has become outdated now. It will not work and very hard to upgrade to the upcoming Joomla 4.

We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and we've extended your current Ultimate membership for 3 additional months to make up for this.
