When you duplicate events to new ones, you only have to change a few fields (like the date fields) and this way you are quickly up and running.

But: when you choose to archive the original events, the duplicates are effected too!

After this I see that the Category field is emptied, as well as the single and group pricing fields. And maybe other fields too, but didn't check.

    Hi webcasebv

It still works at my end as when I archive the original event, the copied event is still there.

Could you share the credentials of the site where I can see the issue?

and tell me the event name.

saguaros The copied event is still there, but several fields (as I indicated) are being emptied.

        Hi webcasebv

Yes, I meant all the fields are still the same (with new changes) after I archive the original event.

Well then... this leaves us with no solution.

        I have shared credentials.

Our client sells sailing cruises to different destinations. You can see a lot of unpublished events. These are the original cruises. New ones were created by copying these old ones, and then changing some details like the date fields.

I just tried to copy event ID:94 and have a new event ID: 137

I edited dates of this copied event (137) and archived the old event (94) but the date of copied event unchanged.

          Could you take a look?
