Is JA Teline IV compatible with PHP 8.0? Why don't you upgrade this theme for responsive? This is unfair.

This is quite old template and it's not tested with PHP 8.0 yet.
You can see in the download section of this template: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-teline-iv There are 2 versions: the one that is built with old framework will support layouts for popular devices, while the version that is based on T3 framework supports fully reponsive layout already.
