Premium T4 page builder for paid account

I have registered for Joomla Art and signed in with my account. But still it shows me that I need to purchase the Premium T4 page builder, isn't it free for paid membership accounts?

With JA Pro subscription, you will have access to ALL of Joomla templates only, not T4 Page Builder as we mention here: https://www.joomlart.com/pricing#jatc

For T4 Page Builder (PRO block / page bundles), it will require T4 Page Builder subscriptions or Developer / Ultimate Developer subscription.

Following on our previous chat, As you recommend, we have purchased the T4 Page Builder subscriptions. Also we have purchased the Uber templates. But still I can not see the Uber blocks/page bundle (that I've seen in the demo) in the Page Builder to use. Could you please us with this issue?

Thanks for the fast reply.
When I navigate to the Uber templates demo I can see a lot of options of different blocks as you can see in attached screenshots. There are many options in both "BLOCKS" and "SITES" sections which was the main reason behind our decision to purchase the Uber templates.
But as you can see in the last screenshot which is taken from what I see in the "T4 page Builder", I am not able to see the same Uber BLOCKS to use them. My options in the page builder are so limited and I don't see any difference between this pro version that we have purchased recently and free version that we had installed before.

There must be mis-understanding here as UBER template is built with T3 framework and it doesn't relate to T4 Page Builder. The blocks in UBer are built with JA ACM module which comes with Uber template.

T4 Page Builder is totally another product - a page builder and the built-in blocks of T4 Builder are not the same as blocks of Uber template.
