Please help. After updating joomla to version 3.9.24, the page shows error 500 several times.

You can try to enable Error Reporting in Global Configuration to Maximum or switch default Joomla template to Protostart - a standard template of Joomla and see how it goes.
Can you check the joomla and template configuration ?

I just accessed your site but it worked well, I meant I did not see the 500 error. Which page could I replicate the same error?
Error 500 keeps showing up every now and then while starting the home page.
3dominika It seems that your limits access from my place, could you add exceptions for IP address from Vietnam?

It shows normally at my end now:
If the error shows up again, pls try going to backend >> Global Configuration >> and enable 'Error Reportiing' to 'Maxium' and see which errors on frontend. It may hint where the error comes from.
