paky50 It's weird issue as when I tested with Protostar - standard template of Joomla, only 1 flag displays:
It seems not to be issue of JA Nuevo template but this languageswitcher module in Joomla on your site.
So, how can I solve the problem?
paky50 It turns out that the content language of Italian was not enabled yet:
I just published and all flags are showing now.

Ok, but i turn on one o two language switcher module?
The switcher dont work. If i choose italian i dont see the italian menu. Some thing with the italan HP module.
Why?
I solved for the module but not for the menu.

the situation is as follows:
The home page italian/english work fine.
But the menu dont switch and i can see only the italian article.

I installed again the template and i solved with a multilingual installation.
