When will JomSocial compatible with Joomla 4 be released?
And will JomSocial use Bootstrap 5?

It will be updated to be compatible with Joomla 4. About BS5, it has just been announced recently and Joomla 4 is still in beta version now so there is not plan for this yet.

There will be blog post for this kind of update when we have detailed release plan from Joomla as up to now, we don't know when the stable version will come.
