T4 install fail

Trying to install the T4 Framework, get the following error message:" JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file. The Joomla package cannot be installed through the Extension Manager. Please use the Joomla! Update component to update Joomla." There is no update available for Joomla. I am running Ver. 3.9.24. PS - I am a novice at this. Any help appreciated.

It looks like you installed the wrong package.

In this download section: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/t4/t4-framework

You can download the plugin package:

and install it to Backend >> Extensions >> Manage >> Install >> browse the package you just downloaded above.

Wow, what a great community. Thanks for the support. I will forget about using any Joomlart products, move on from the T4 framework and find one that works. The quality of a product can be measured by the quality of the forums. Bad web site- crappy support. Bye.
