Save Theme settings and social header

Hi, i cant save theme settings or custom css through joomla admin
And social icons on header are not visible

It seems a warning when you save the theme but it's saved successfully, right?

For the social module, when you enable the editor in Global Configuration, it stripped out span tag and caused that issue like this:

Social fixed, thanks i copy code from online demo because on template demo i instelled joomla default editor clears the code.
No, when i change eg custom css after save code remains the same before my edit

No i can't save template settings. I try to edit custom.css and changes not saved, i tried to change google font but not saved again. saguaros

I recieved this from clients hosting, i am not sure if this is something but permissions are right!!!

May I know which setting in template I should try to replicate this issue?

I told you everywhere at template settings.
I try to change font or custom css and when i try to view eg custom.css nothing changes but the changes are visible on live site. The problem is that on settings you see previous settings.
So i change code works ok after save but it is not visible on template settings.
I tried with firefox and chrome
