Unwanted box lines on contact form on homepage

All of a sudden there is a box around the fields in the Contact Us form on the homepage. I don't know what happened, but when I look at the homepage in the template manager, it looks correct. I've checked the issue on several browsers and my ipad and iphone. There is another site I'm working on that uses the same template and the issue does not exist on that template. I cannot figure out what is different between the two sites that would cause this. Please help me get this styling corrected. Thank you.

I do not see compression, unless you mean Gzip, and it is not on.

Kindly check it now, You have 3rd party extension that make conflict when compression ON as all style code is compressed in one file.

Thank you for fixing this. However I have two questions.

1.  I checked the gzip compression in global config and it was OFF.  Where else does it get set?  Please let me know.
2.  What was conflicting with it?

Since I'm using this template for several subdomains I need to know what I did wrong and how to fix it in the future. Thank you!

You can turn on gzip compression if your server does not support it.
About the conflict its hard to say when compression ON all the js files merge together in single file and does not come from direct path of files. I just turned of the js compression from template style options.

Open Template style options > site settings > css compression , JS compression.
Turn off js compression thats all.
