1 - You're using 'Light' palette for footer section on homepage so you can go to JA Spa - Home template style >> Theme color and edit the hover color to your desired color:
On contact page, you don't use any palette for the mainbody so the link inherits the default color for link, you can go to Layout Settings in template and assign to a desired palette
2 - I updated this file: /templates/ja_spa/html/mod_articles_latest/list.php
3 - It's search module in head-actions position, if you want to remove it, simply disable this module in backend.
