ion-icon instagram not displaying

Using GCK_store
I cannot get the instagram ION icon to show, I use:

<p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/verbloemen" class="social_icon ion-social-instagram"></a></p>

The link is on the page, just the icon is missing.
The same line for Facebook works fine. Any ideas?

The template does not has style for the Insta icon. Add this code in /css/custom.css file and set the color as per needs.

.social_icon.ion-social-instagram {
    background: #3D5B99;
}
.social_icon.ion-social-instagram:hover {
    background: #3D5B99;
}
