Configuration Tabs Template

Hello,
I am the new administrator from the website www.evangelischefreikirche.com
Since a update to Joomla 3x I cant access the configurations Tabs from Creativity template (look Picture).
And I cant no more login into the Gavik-Account, that bought the template with the E-mail: stephan.kraehling@gmx.de

How can I access again the configuration tabs from the templete?

The account by Gavick was "efbbbh" (user) and we bought the Template in 2014.
I only want to have access to the configurations Tabs from Creativity again.

In 2017 Gavick got acquired by Joomlart and all the user accounts were terminated by Gavick before handing over operations to JoomlArt.. You can read the details of the acquisition at this page.

Right now the best course of action moving forward would be getting an active membership at new Gavick at https://www.gavick.com/sign-up so you can fully access the products latest updates & support.
