I 'm with T4 template blank. I put on the site setting the font family, the font size I want. But it seem that bootstrap override the site setting ... What can I do ?

Maybe one of 3rd party extensions on your site also loads this bootstrap file of Joomla because T4 Blank template loads bootstrap files in T4 base theme folder only. You can give it a try by disabling 3rd party extensions temporarily and see which one loads this.
