Dislpay problem with checkbox on account creation page

On the "create account" page, there are checkbox to accept terms of conditions or confidentiality, The checkbox appear on top of the text "I agree".
It happens as well on responsive mode so I don't really know where is the problem.

Open JA Uber template folder /css/custom.css file and add this code

display: block;
position: relative;
}

Create custom.css file if it does not exist.

Also, do you know why the plugin doesn' link the selected article with the privacy policy in the text?
