There are 3 types of the articles used in this template.
Open
file "/html/com_content/article/default.php" in template "ja_alpha".
"/html/com_content/article/portfolio.php" in template "ja_alpha
file "/html/com_content/article/services.php" in template "ja_alpha".
Find h2 near line 70-73 and change it with h1 .
save and check.
