Blog view doesn't allow category descriptions?

Hello,

I purchased a subscription from Joomlart and am using the Elycion template for my website. A very nice looking template!

The template is working well, but there is one feature that I cannot find. When displaying articles in Blog view, I cannot get the article's Category Description to appear at the top of the page. Joomla itself has this feature, but this template doesn't allow it? Is there any way that I can add category description to the Blog view of this template?

Hi Tom,

It should support to show category description like Joomla supports.

You can access backend settings of that blog menu item on your site >> navigate to "Category" tab and make sure that you set the 'Category Description' to 'Show':
