Documentation for DT SMS

Hi,
I have opened account in twilio and done the set up in the plug in. But when I am trying to send the sms it is not going. Can you provide me step by step documentation for DT SMS. I could find documentation available for DT REGISTER DONATE and INVOICE no documentation available for DT SMS.

DT SMS is pretty old extension from DTHDevelopment, at this moment, it's no longer developed anymore unfortunately.
