I am trying to relocate my JomSocial Main menu bar so it appears below my MADD Talent banner. I have it located in the Top-Header location and I have the Order set to MADD Talent Banner, but it never works. Also, when it appears on my screen, it always shows up with the "Home" menu item all the way to the left far side of the page. I need it to be aligned with the left side of the page all the time. Please see the attached image to understand better.

I was asked to edit this original post to add a SuperUser that the JomSocial techs could use to look into this issue.

If you don't mind, when you look into this, can you please ensure the the arrangement of the MADD Talent banner and the Main Menu item is as indicated on the original attached image. I want the Main Menu below the MADD Talent Banner. Thank you all for looking into this for me.

    In the Socialize template the Main Menu location will appear like this http://prntscr.com/yom8ps
    By default it works normal. Is not clear without login which layout setting you are using that not allow to show the menu item.
    In js-main demo site of JomSocial we used Social layout http://prntscr.com/yomag7 and it work fine.
    And on Socialize demo here are screenshot of layout setting used : http://prntscr.com/yombpi it also use social layout.

    You can edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff and publish the menu with social layout it will appear below the topbar, In some case when the logo size is too big it may overlap the area, i need the login details to check this.

        Ninja Ninja I went back into the original post and added a SuperUser and Password. I want to explain a couple things. The JomSocial Menu or Tool Bar is appearing in two locations. One, where it should after a member logs in and right above the JomSocial stuff. However, this same memu is appearing in a black bar right below the MADD Talent Banner. I don't want it there and it will not shut off. I have set the Main Menu to be located in the mainnav location, but it will not appear. This is because 1 of two things. One, I am an idiot and can't seem to figure this out, will I will not rule out, or it's two and there are some major programming errors with this new release. I have been using JomSocial for about 7 years and have never had to fight with this menu stuff in the past. This is one of the simplest things you all have done and I have always been able to get it to work. Please fix this ASAP. I am a social media company for profit and this crap is making me look like an idiot. I want the main menu right below the MADD Talent banner just like the image I sent you with. Please take care of this.

              JomSocial toolbar :
              This menu is special menu and built to show inside the JomSocial, where you can see it in with Message, home, notification icon above the cover image in JomSocial. You can hide them from JomSocial settings > Layout > http://prntscr.com/z1jrb5
              You also selected it as Mega menu http://prntscr.com/z1jrb5 So its showing twice,

              Either you can hide it or use different Mega menu.

              Now about the Menu below logo --
              I can see the Menu is showing fine at the moment http://prntscr.com/z1jvfi Just as it should be http://prntscr.com/z1jydu I have not found ant issue in this part.

                I will look into the Mega menu and resolve that, however, that menu that you see under the MADD Talent banner is not the main menu. It's the same JomSocial Toolbar that you just explained to me will appear after you log into MADD Talent as a member. They are both the same menu. That is exactly what I was trying to explain. The same menu is appearing in two locations. Please look at the attachment. I have tried to place the Main Menu item under the MADD Talent banner and it will not come in. I gave you a SuperUser account so you could look into this and fix it. I don't know why, but this JomSocial stuff is not working. There are a lot of bugs with this release. I have done this exact same thing many times over the last 7 years. Please, go into the back end of my site and you change it. Turn off the top JomSocial Toolbar that is under my MADD Talent Banner and place the Main Menu under my MADD Talent banner in it's place. I bet you can't get it to work. ITS NOT WORKING.... PLEASE FIX THIS.

                		 Just so you know, I went into the back-end and turned off Show toolbar in Display settintgs.  It turned off the bottom JomSocial Toolbar that is just above the JomSocial stuff.  That is the wrong one I want to turn off.  I want the top one off.    Look at the second screen shot that shows what my site looks like with the Display Settingt set to Off.

                  Please check my last reply i explain how to change the menu or hide the JS Toolbar.
                  Both options are present. JomSocial toolbar always use that, you can hide it from JomSocial configurations.
                  OR change the Mega menu from template style > Navigation tab.
                  If you want to hide the Top menu :
                  Go to Template style navigation option > Change the menu to Main menu. There is nothing in this JomSocial not working as its template menu that you set via template style options.
