When posting a url on jomsocial, there are little images or not working images.

Like when posting on facebook I get this image:

The way facebook is posting images I like more. Is there a hack or a update for this ?

    Your screenshot posted for facebook is wrong. You are positing a simple webpage URL not a JomSocial item.
    When you post on Facebook it use open graph tags to pick correct thumbnail.
    If you are sharing a webpage URL and your site does not have the open graph tag it will pick a random image.

      So I make a new screenshot for this url:

      I don't know what og:tag there has to be on the website more. But I have no control on other websites, the same like facebook twitter has no controll over websites from other webmasters.

      The thing is just with facebook and twitter there is a good image. This is one of the most important features of a social website I guess.

        Kindly check your questions is manipulate the issue.
        If you are talking about sharing a web page from your site it's not related to Jomsocial component.
        You can find the open graph extension on Joomla extension directory and check with your template provider to add OG tags.

        If you are sharing a Jomsocial stream item in Social channel and it's not showing the thumbnail in that case I can assist you with as Sharing any webpage on FB doesn't play any role in Our extension.
        Facebook pick a thumbnail auto and show it. If there are Open Graph tags added correctly on your site in that case Facebook will pick the image but you can not force to make it big image. It depends on size of image and Facebook picks that.

            Jomsocial front page do contain OG tags.
            Open graph tags will work when you share a wall stream item. As explain in last post you can not force FB to show only big thumbnail . You can use OG tags extension or define own tags to show static image.
