How can I disable the More News in Homepage?
How can I remove the footer logo?
How can I change the header Image?

You can change the Logo from template style option > Theme > Tab > Header background.
For footer logo follow this doc https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-allure#footer-info
The More news section is from the menu item. You can select a category that does not have any articles or set the article to 0 in menu to hide them.

You can go to Banner components > Open the Banner and change the image.
There are different banner module used that pick the image from Banner component items.
