How to change the text in the contact consent pop up?

I would like to know how to change the consent text that pops up if you click on "Privacy Note". Please assist.

its from core Joomla files /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_content_confirmconsent.ini
You can make an override for it in the Joomla language override as well http://prntscr.com/z1hjk9
Make sure in Joomla it works for both the places where its defined. Not only for Popup view.

Thank you. Actually it is the content that is displayed in the popup that I would like to change ... not the heading it self. Sorry for not being more clear on this.

It should work fine. Can you check again as this is only option in Joomla to Change this text.
