How to create a second group of extra fields like the one that comes in the template named "Project"?

Hi,
The extra field that comes with the template is hard coded in template folder /html/com_content/article/default.php
Here is code used to call extra field
'$extrafields = DecorHelper::loadParamsContents($this->item);
$extrafieldsexist = ($extrafields['jcontent_client'] != '') || ($extrafields['jcontent_location'] != '') || ($extrafields['jcontent_category'] != '') || ($extrafields['jcontent_year'] != '');'
It need custom work to define a new Field in article php file and css.

or you can use Joomla custom fields that already the field defined and you can use them without any custom work.

I tried adding this line below yesterday in the default.php file and nothing has changed:

echo '<dd><strong>'.JText::_('TPL_WORKAREA').'</strong>'.$extrafields['jcontent_workarea'].'</dd>';

Now I see in your answer that there is a need to change also in the .css file, but I have no idea what file we are talking about so I can customize at least the fields in the template. Can you help me with this?

its not only the one line code to change, the default.php file has the code so you can take example from it to get it and customize it again to define new code.
If you do not want to use Joomla custom fields you can use this tutorial to add new extra fields.
You can check the style code using inspect element from browser to see the style used for already defined extra fields.
