Sidebar problem in google Chrome

Hi. How are they? I have a problem with the display of the article view and the sidebar (on the right) in some browsers, the strange thing is that in Firefox it is displayed correctly, I attach the screenshots.
I'm using T4 System Plugin v 1.1.3 y T4 Blank Template v 1.0.9

That is the strange thing for example in these url's I cannot visualize the sidebar well, but there are other web addresses in which I have no problem

The esp menu item gives error Error: Failed to start application: Error starting the session.
On other URL i have no issue in Google Chrome.
