I am using K2 and looking for some advice on creating 2 different groups. Both groups register to become members but one is Group A and they blog for one category, another is Group B and they blog for an entirely different category. How can I create registration forms for each group. I don't want a drop down in one of the forms fields to separate the groups, I want to use 2 different links that lead to 2 different forms for the 2 different types of users that submit 2 different types of content.

Any recommendations? I guess it may or may not involve K2. What Jomsocial product can help me out here?

    Groups creations and managements are managed directly into joomla core - K2 also add and manage some features related to the groups and their custom access to specific K2 categories - how to manage them via default files or through a 3rd part extension like acl manager should be redirected to the respective support forums joomla or K2
