Hello,
I have a question about cookies from older shape5 templates.
Normally joomla sets only one session cookie.
With your templates, another cookie is set, which cannot be deselected. It has the value 1.1.
Is it a technically necessary cookie or a marketing cookie?
In germany only technically necessary cookies may be set without permission.

    Hi
Before conti. support on this topic may i know which template you are using? As i can not see any Shape5 membership active on your profile to check which template you are using.

    4 days later

The template is called Shape 5 - Business Line

      wifrobe Hi
S5 Business Line is paid template and required an active membership to get support and updates, You can repost the topic with active membership account or subscribe for the template plan.

      Regards

Yes, and I have paid 2017 for the templates. I don't need a support, I only want to know why this second cookie is set. Other templates don't set cookies except the joomla cookie.
I have the same question about the template "forte", it was a free template, do I also need a membership for an answer?

            Hi,

You can remove content of file :
            templates/ {shape5_tpl} /js/core/s5_font_adjuster-min.js

It works. Thousand thanks to you!
