JA Megafilter Error

Good morning,
I am experiencing a problem with product display.
Additional Information appears in the product below the image instead of the product text.
The "add to cart and view detail" buttons on hover overlap each other.

It seems to be conflict with the Bootstrap loaded by your Joomla template.

Could you illustrate screenshot of how you want it should be so I can help? as by default, we don't support that display: https://ja-megafilter.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/other-extensions/filter-for-virtuemart#sort=attr.featured.frontend_value&sortdir=asc

Could you contact the provider of this template? as template override the style of JA Megafilter like this case:

And also ask them for how to override css for template as I tried to create 'custom.css' or 'user.css' file in css folder of template, also add directly in 'template.css' file but the frontend doesn't reflect the changes.
