I am looking for best suitable cck/forms integration for jomsocial which helps to develop customer specific forms for registered user data . Requirement is like plugin development which can be like form where visitor can book appointment. Which forms/CCK is best for jomsocial to develop such requirements

JomSocial work independent, if you are looking for 3rd party extension integration they need to developer a dedicated plugin to put the data in JomSoical feeds that JS offer.
Rest if a user already registered in JomSocial he can use same login as Jomsocial use core user base from Joomla. You can look over Joomla extension directory for 3rd party forms extensions.
