Hello team, please I need help in disabling the mouse scroll on the map. Attached is screen shot please.

Could you share the URL of page where I can see the mouse scroll on map? As I can see it's disabled now.
yes on desktop is disabled but on the mobile when you try scrolling down, it srolls the map instead as the map comes 1st before the property listing on MOBILE DEVICE saguaros

You can this tweak:
1 - Re-install JA OsMap plugin by this package:
2 - Download attached file >> unzip and copy file to replace this file: templates\ja_property\html\plg_system_jaosmap\default.php
Remember to backup your site first.
